15.4.2012: New modul for automatic receipt upload and recognition

Given the long times previously required to enter expense receipts into the system (e.g. Travel expenses, Gas Receipts) we have implemented a new module in our ERP-System for an automatic upload of receipts. This module includes:

• Scan the receipt and process OCR-Recognition with a Fujitsu-ScanSnap-Scanner
• Automatic upload of the receipt into the ERP-System
• Automatic identification of the date, amounts and articles in the receipt
• 1-click receipt creation including accounting bookings into the adequate accounts and profit centers
