Revision Control

All documents are handled on an approval basis and under a revision control system, so that only the latest and up-to-date documents are in use.

Easy & On Time approval of documents

The new documents that you create in the system and that haven't been approved as the latest revision yet, will be displayed in a single table where you can easily approve and edit them.

The table for document approval also includes the dates when each document will be needed for upcomming production launchs, to guarantee that they are approved on time!

Master Data for Scheduling

Your total cycle times are easily and accurately scheduled by the Transfact System considering production and waiting times but you don't need to specify the idle times between steps in the routing. The Transfact System calculates them for you using a unique factor for each product.

For your assemblies, the system will also calculate the dates and times when each sub-assembly must be started in order to meet your delivery deadlines. The Transfact System will also calculate for you the "buffer time" that you have available to re-schedule your production if necessary
